• What happens to the warranty of the laptop?

Since we are partners of all worldwide leading laptop manufacturers, the warranty will still be valid.
In fact, all our technicians are specifically trained to handle assembling and disassembling of fragile IT devices. All the work is solely made in specific electrostatically protected environments, especially certified to protect your notebooks.

• How much does it cost?

• Which file format is required?

Vector based .eps files are just perfect. You´ll get them at the marketing agency which created your logo. Further we´ll provide you with drawings of your specific laptop model. So the artwork can be drawn directly on the “digital cover”.
For laptop skins we accept also a TIF File with ECI V2 coated profile (download here) or PDF files.

• Are you customizing TFT monitors, desktop computers or smartphones?

Of course yes. All the experience we have from customizing laptops can be transferred to other IT devices. For further information or references please contact us. more....

• We didn´t decide for a laptop brand yet. What do you recommend?

Since we collaborate with all leading laptop manufacturers we will match you with the one best fitting to your needs.
We will be pleased to supply you with IT Hardware and branding as a one-stop-shop. This will save you time, money and trouble.

• We will order brand new laptops from the manufacturer. How does it work?

Your supplier ships to us your laptops, we customize them and then we ship them directly to you.

• How can we protect the data on our devices?

There are two ways:
o By software: Set up an BIOS password
o By Hardware: Remove the hard disk drive (HDD)

• The laptops are already in use. How does it work?

Since we need for laptop painting, laptop printing and laptop etching the physical device we recommend our laptop skins or StopTrack® plates. They are shipped directly to you and they can be applied easily.
But if you can abstain from your laptop for some days you can choose from the whole customization portfolio.
In future when purchasing brand new laptops just ask your supplier to ship the stuff directly to us.

• Do I have to ship the laptop to your plant?

For laptop painting, laptop printing and laptop etching we need to work directly on the cover. That means, for these three customization methods, we need the physical device.

Laptop skins and StopTrack® plates are shipped directly to you. So it is not necessary to have the device here. Exception: You ask us for applying the skins or the plates for you.

• I am a private customer: Can I make use of your services?

Unfortunately not yet. We are professionals only working with other professionals. It´s planned for the future to open a new division especially dedicated to private customers.

• Is there a warranty on customization?

We are completely confident on our job. So we give you on all customization methods (excepting laptop skins) a 24 months warranty. If something breaks we will fix it for free.

• How does the payment work?

Since we produce custom specific, pre-payment is mandatory. We accept payments to our accounts in EUR, USD or CHF. Payment by Cheque or PayPal can only be accepted when the customer pays the fees.
